Most commercial buildings restrict move-out to specific hours and require a certificate of insurance naming the building owner as additional insured before they will release the freight elevator. Send us the building’s requirements and we will get the COI issued and the dock time booked. Doing this two days before the deadline instead of two weeks is the most common reason office clear-outs go wrong.
