When you decide to stop, the facility wants the unit empty and swept before they will close the account — and that is the part that is hard to do in one weekend with a sedan.

Access and facility logistics
We handle the facility side: gate codes, unit access hours, loading dock rules and lift use where the unit is upstairs. Many facilities restrict access to daytime hours or require a manager present for a move-out, so tell us the facility and we will call ahead rather than discovering it on arrival.
You do not need to be there
Plenty of these jobs are for people who moved out of state years ago and are still paying for a unit in Van Nuys. Give us authorisation and the access details, we clear it, and you get before-and-after photos plus a written confirmation you can hand to the facility to close the account.
Auction buyers and repeat lots
We work with storage auction buyers who need the unsellable share of a lot gone within the facility’s clean-out window, which is often 24 to 72 hours. If you buy lots regularly we can be on call for it.
