My mother had let things get out of hand and I was dreading the whole process. They came in an unmarked truck, never made a single comment, and asked before removing anything that was not obviously rubbish. Took four days and they never once rushed her.

I called about one old fridge and they told me my utility would collect it free and pay me for it. They talked themselves out of a job. When I needed a full garage cleared two months later I did not call anyone else.
